New Militant group threatens Buhari

A new militant group has threatened the Federal Government, vowing to ensure zero oil production in the Niger Delta if their demands are not met.
According to a report, the Red Egbesu Water Lions released a statement, claiming that they will work with both the Niger Delta Avengers and the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to ensure that all their demands are met within seven days.
The group has demanded the immediate release of IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu, along with the discharge of former National Security Adviser Sambo Dasuki from police custody.
In addition, the group has also ordered President Muhammadu Buhari to issue a directive calling for the re-activation of the bank account of Government Ekepemupolo, commonly known as Tompolo.
The militants, believed to be Ijaw, have vowed that they would shut down all oil-related activities throughout the state, should their demands be ignored.
It remains unknown whether the group has been resurrected from a previous militant group or whether they have been newly formed.
