The battle for Prince's heir

The iconic musician who died on April 21 2016 at the age of 57 at his Paisley Park studio in Minneapolis and the fight over who inherits Prince's massive wealth and properties continues and have thrown the entire family into dispute.
In documents filed Friday, attorney Michael Padden says a man who's been widely described as Prince's half brother, Duane Nelson, had a son, who in turn had a child. Nelson and his son have died, but Padden says the child could be an heir.
Padden says he tried to reach the child's mother, but was unsuccessful. He asked the court to appoint a guardian ad litem if the child's mother doesn't obtain an attorney soon ..we also heard that a 35 year old Colorado inmates is also claiming to be Prince's son and even demanding a DNA test.
